Installation  Delete all old NewInterface.* files in your Tribes\Config dir.
Now extract the the two files from the zip to your Tribes\Config dir.
If you don't have NewOpts installed, add this line at the bottom of your autoexec.cs:
exec ("NewInterface.acs.cs");
